I have found IndexMaster to be a great resource for collection development and interlibrary loan decisions because of searchable tables of contents and indices.
For librarians who discourage review copies and all the over-the-top direct marketing to attorneys, the ability to pull up a table of contents allows for a quick response if the publisher doesn't provide sufficient info at the web site.

Yes, I noticed that too.
This is unfortunate, because a few years ago we all worked hard to get
West to stay with Indexmaster.
I used to go to Indexmaster first, when looking for books; now I tend
toward Ken Svengalis' Buyer's Guide.
