In each of my books, I've been recommending residentagentinfo.com -- a wonderful
meta-site that links to all sec'y of states and gives annotations explaining how to
get corp record info if the state isn't online.
Delaware is now free ("The entity information provided on this website, free of
charge, consists of the entity name, file number, incorporation/formation date,
registered agent name, address, phone number and residency.").
Best wishes,
Carole
