A few people contacted me and asked me to share the responses I received
to the question I posted yesterday about how to find information on
officers and directors of private companies, other than by requesting a
copy of the company's Annual Report from its state's Dept. of
Corporations.

This is the advice I received:

Try searching: D&B's Million Dollar Directory

News searches

D&B reports

Lexis' Company Dossier- which can be expensive

Hoover's

Lexis Nexis Directory of Corporate Affiliations

Go to Zimmerman's on LexisNexis.com for advice

Thanks to everyone who responded. This gives me some good ideas for
when I'm faced with this question in the future.
