Hello,

I am trying to locate a U.K. Case. I have checked Westlaw, LEXIS and the sources listed in a LLRX.COM article.

Justice Lewison approved a scheme arrangement for the Dutch Aviation Pool, DAP holding in September. We would like a copy of his decision. An Earlier case was listed as-
