Good afternoon,
I am researching the Bilateral Investment Treaty between Venezuela and
the Netherlands. It was signed on the 22nd of October 1991, and ratified
on the 11th of January 1993, in Caracas. I have located a copy of the
English text, but am looking for the Spanish version. It was suggested
to me that the Venezuelan embassy may have this document, and I have
emailed them, but we need this fast and I'm not sure I'll get a response
in time.
Does anyone have a copy of this document already that they would be
willing to share? If not, do you have any suggestions?
