False Claims Act

I ran this question yesterday at the local level (Washington DC) without
too much luck. I'm throwing my line out into a bigger pond in hopes of
gaining a few more nibbles. Thanks for your help:

My patron has a colleague who carries around a "pocket sized" version of
the text of the False Claims Act. Now, of course, he wants one. Has
anyone ever seen something small, light, and portable which would fit
easily into a breast or hip pocket? I'm thinking ... something along
the lines of those little soft-bound booklets of the Constitution.
(NITA publishes a series of titles which are of this size, but nothing
on the False Claims Act). If you have any ideas, fire them my way, por
favor.
Thanks!
