The Board of Veterans Appeals is reconstructing, with the assistance of W.S.
Hein & Co, a full set of Title 38 CFR. There were Cumulative Pocket
Supplements issued in the 1950s which were directed to be discarded.
I have located two copies of these materials. Those copies are only available to be scanned at the library and can not be borrowed. A better quality reproduction would be obtained if I were able to send the original materials to W.S. Hein in Buffalo New York for scanning by their staff.
If your institution has these materials and is willing to consider lending
them, please let me know.
One page is needed from Title 38 Part 18 to End for 1987. Specifically page
226. We only need this page if the original is clear.
The three where we need the entire supplement are
1949 Cumulative Pocket Supplement for use during 1950 (168 pages)
1950 Cumulative Pocket Supplement for use during 1951 (261 pages)
1952 Cumulative Pocket Supplement for use during 1952 (493 pages)
