I was not having the problem with the long wait for a download. But they
did change Quickview If your monitor setting are not the standard settings
you won't see the download button nor can you scroll down to it --unless you
change your monitor settings. Seems like a case of the software engineers
waging the dog. Instead of testing the application first on different
browsers and monitor settings they just rolled it out without letting anyone
know of the coming changes

Subject: [pll-sis] Quickview problems?
Is anyone experiencing problems with Quickview?
Last week I tried to download our billing information. The screen blinked
"scheduled" for over an hour. I was able to get the data in display mode but
not download. Today it processed and tells me to right click on a button
that is not there. I am currently (15+ minutes) listening to a very nice
jazz recording waiting for a Quckview help rep to pick up the phone.
Anyone else experiencing problems?
