RE: E-mails from gruntled patrons

When I took my final exam for my reference class in Library School, we were allowed to answer either with the reference source title or a reasonable physical description of the source.

Some people just have a visual memory and our Prof. accepted that, thank goodness.

Of course, I have had patrons become totally confused whenever we've had to shift the collection because they had the exact location of the source memorized.
