Hello:
I am looking for a resource that would summarize the revisions to the CA
Code of Civil Procedure that take effect on July 1, 2005. The revisions
are already contained in the code, but we are looking for an overview
discussing the revisions. I have searched Westlaw's California text,
periodicals and law review database, the California Law Revision
Commission website, the California legislature website and the Internet
in general.
Please respond off list. I will summarize for the list if appropriate.
