>From Limbaugh? No, it doesn't surprise me in the slightest. I've never
listed to his show, and have absolutely no desire to do so. However,
I did see him once a while back as a guest on This Week with David
Brinkley. In the roundtable segment, he was seated with Brinkley, Cokie
Roberts,
Sam Donaldson, and George Will.
He was so outclassed and out of his league, I actually felt some pity
for the poor guy. He roars and bellows, but put him together with some
serious and knowledgeable people and it's painfully obvious how shallow
and empty his rhetoric is*. I would hasten to add that, to my knowledge,
he has never been back.

Subject: Did anyone listen to Rush Limbach on Friday?
On Friday, while driving in rural Arkansas, I listened to the Rush
Limbach show. It had been a while since I had listened to the man's
show.
He had a caller who complained about tax dollars being used to support
public libraries. That was no surprise to me. What surprised me is that
Rush insisted he knew of no one personally who has used a public library
in at least the last twenty years.
Did anyone else hear that segment? Am I the only one who had finds that
comment to be strange?
