Thank you to all who responded. I still do not have the book but I am
checking on a few possibilities. I had failed to mention that I had
already checked WorldCat and had followed up with some of the libraries.
Many have them as reference, non-circulating copies. Another option
suggested was Amazon.com, that is what we are considering at this point.
