Is this it:

Prince's Bieber dictionary of legal citations. 6th ed.

Mary Miles Prince.

William S Hein & Co., 2001.

Includes The bluebook: a uniform system of citations, 17th ed.

Subject: Blue Book included in another book?

I swear that I've seen the Blue Book included as part of another publication
that's come across my desk within the past two weeks, but can't remember
which publication. Have checked both of our state rules pamphlets, and
federal and criminal rules, to no avail. Perhaps I'm imagining this?
