Hi,
We are searching high and low to locate the correct address for service
of legal documents (or the Canadian equivalent of a U.S. registered
agent) for the companies listed below - we are tried a wealth of public
records sources and services such as Skyminder, D&B, Capital IQ, and
more.
So far we can only locate contact information and a possible for
registered agent, for Royal Trust,but it would be nice to confirm that
through a Canadian law librarian.
Also, if you can possibly help locate registered agents for the rest of
the companies listed, that would be fabulous. We think that they are
based in Toronto, but aren't sure - thanks!
