I have been asked to find documents in Mike Foote Oil & Gas Properties LLC v. Tokai Financial Services, Inc., Civil Action No. CV-00-782 in the Circuit Court of Baldwin County, Alabama. It was a Class Action, and the attorney would like to get the settlement agreement - which was filed and approved by the court in this Class Action lawsuit. We would also like to get the docket. Any help would be deeply appreciated.
