Hi folks,
Has this happened to any of you? I just got the May 2005 issue of
_Journal of Taxation_ and I found that the Table of Contents and at
least a few pages are missing. After the front cover, I see an ad for
US Trust on the facing page and the next page is 266, which is in the
middle of an article.
The issue feels normal thickness, so there can't be much missing. But
it is a rather important omission!
