I'm trying to research civil cases where convicted persons file suit
alleging that their civil rights were violated when the criminal prosecutor
used discriminatory tactics to strike jurors in violation of Batson v.
Kentucky. Specifically, I'm interested in a sample of verdict amounts
where the plaintiff proves his/her case.
I'm not turning too much up in the verdict reporter services I have
available.
Suggestions (off-list) are most appreciated.
