The Academic Libraries SIS (AALL) has a marketing toolkit that has a
couple of articles on surveys
http://www.aallnet.org/sis/allsis/Toolkit/index.html :

User Surveys: Libraries Ask, "Hey, How am I doing?"
Dwight B. King
Surveys: A Bibliography
June Kim and John Wilson
The bibliography one has links to internet resources. And I think an
update of the first article was in a recent LLJ. I started looking
into this but ...
I'm interested in a summary of the responses you get.

Does anyone have any recent experience with a law firm library survey?
If so, would you please share your experience? I am especially
interested in any language that was used, the scope of respondents, and
any "change expectations" the users had after the survey.
Surveys performed by other law libraries would be of interest to us as
well.
If there is any interest, I will summarize and repost to the list.
