Help Finding an Unpublished opinion

I have been trying to locate an unpublished opinion and I have run out of
leads. The opinion is cited as Hiserodt v. Shalala, C.A. No. 91-0224 (W.D.
Pa. July 20, 1994) and signed by a Judge Bloch. I have searched high and
low for it, including asking the citing author, the judge, the District
Court Clerk, and the attorneys of record, but to no avail. No one (author,
judge, district court clerk) has a copy of the opinion in their file and the
only attorney of record who contacted me did so to tell me that they were
listed as attorney of record in error. As Alice might say, this search is
turning "curiouser and curiouser".

Any suggestions on where to turn next?
