Hello,
I've gotten a request where it seems like the information would be easy
to find but it is proving otherwise. Perhaps someone on the list can
help me with what is (of course) a rush job?
I am looking for a source that reports the decision of the ALJ
(Administrative Law Judges) for OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control).
OFAC reports the results of the decisions on their website
http://www.treas.gov/offices/enforcement/ofac/civpen/penalties/04012005.
pdf but does not provide the text of their decisions. We can find
plenty of ALJ decisions for other government agencies but not OFAC.
Does anyone have any ideas?
