I'm looking for CA law on Rules Governing Raffles benefiting a
non-profit conducted by a for-profit. Any information regarding
raffles, sweepstakes or lotteries conducted by a for-profit
(corporation, company) for a non-profit organization would be helpful.
According to Article 4 Section 19 in the Constitution this is not
allowed and 320.5 Raffles only refers to non-profits. Can anyone please
confirm that I am reading this correctly and if I'm not please point me
in the correct direction for finding the answer. The attorney I'm
pulling this for seems to think there is something out there.
