A Snowy Good Morning to All from Syracuse!
This morning I have a query that I hope some kind Pennsylvania Law
Librarian can answer for me.
Within the New York Limited Liability Company laws there is a section
entitled "Conversion of a Partnership to a LLC", we are in search of a
similar section within the PA LLC Laws. Can anyone tell me if there is a
section that concerns granting a partnership authorization to convert to
a LLC? And if so, would it be possible to have that section sent along
as well?
PA law is not within our Lexis & Westlaw contracts and though I have
recently ordered some material from the PBI on PA LLC Law, it hasn't
arrived yet.
Your help is greatly appreciated. Stay warm!
Thanks.
Rick
