Thanks to everyone who responded - I did not thank everyone individually.
Here are the responses I got - they were very helpful. We went with the
Lexis/Michie annual publication, which comes with other rules as well.
Lexis-Nexis, but it also includes the court rules.
-----------------------------------------------------------
I know that the Delaware Uniform Rules of Evidence are published in volume
1 of Delaware Rules Annotated published by Michie (LexisNexis). But this
volume contains a lot of other Delaware court rules too so this might not
be what you need. If you want more information, I have a customer service
number. It's 800-833-9844
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't believe there's a separate standalone vol of the DRE, but there is
a separate Delaware Rules Annotated which contains the DRE published by
Michie. This contains both state and fed rules inc codes of professional
conduct. We refer to it frequently
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lexis Law publishing publishes a two volume Delaware Rules set that
includes the Rules of Evidence. West has a set too. I don't know of
anyone who just has Evidence alone. Unless you count the State Court's
web site:
http://courts.state.de.us/rules/?uniform_rules.pdf
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thanks for everyone's help.

Hi - just looking for the answer to what should be an easy question - who
publishes the Delaware Rules of Evidence as a separate standalone volume?
If it does not exist, please let me know.
Thanks in advance for your help,
Kathy
