Hello, Cathleen, You are correct, please file the 2005 contents, then the
Legislative Update Filing Report 0.
Additional information is below, and is posted on support.cch.com at

"This message is to inform subscribers to the CCH Standard Federal Tax Reporter that they will need to follow a special filing process to ensure that
their 2005 service is complete. CCH also has communicated to customers
about this special filing process with notices on both the Standard Federal Tax Reporter Special Legislative Update and Report 1.
Before filing Report 1, subscribers must insert the new
contents/compilations into the binders, then file the Special Legislative
Update. The Special Legislative Update was shipped to subscribers in two
parts, with the 2005 Standard Federal Tax Reporter. This unique filing process is required as a result of passage of
significant tax legislation late in 2004 . We realize that the volume of
information is significant, but it is necessary to ensure that you have
all of the tax law changes passed by Congress in 2004, and that your
service is complete. We appreciate your business and apologize for the
additional filing necessitated by the vast number of changes to the tax
law passed late in the year."

I know this was discussed, but I didn't pay close enough attention (and
deleted the emails).
We should file the new 2005 contents first, then the Legislative Update
filing number 0.
This was my understanding, I just want to make sure I'm right.
Thanks.
