Have you tried the Am Jur Desk book ? - I think it may another titled vol. but I seem to remember Am Jur having that data .. . Although the stats may need to be updated, an older set(when LCP was publishing it) may give early figures but also site the source from which you can update.
The later publishers of the set seemed to remove many things from the encyclopedics that we had taken for granted..
