I am trying to locate copies of two cases, which are not readily available.
Seaboard Coastline RR Co. v. Askew, #72-15, Fl. Circuit Court 2d Leon 1972
and, American Pioneer Center Association III v. State of Florida Department of Revenue, #9402877.
