I had great luck getting an old statute last week from The New Mexico
Legislative Counsel Service Library [505.986.4667].
For the Attorney General opinion, you may want to try the administrative
law division of the New Mexico Commission of Public Records,
Administrative Law Division. John Martinez was quite helpful on another
agency type matter [505.476.7951]
