FYI - Attached is a PDF copy of 2004 IRS form 1120S (Income Taxation for
S Corps) which was faxed to me by a helpful employee of the IRS (after
about 45 minutes spent in phone-tree hell). This form is missing from
IRS.gov and the BNA interactive federal forms, despite being a very
common form. (The instructions and schedules are on the web.) No
explanation of why it is missing (the IRS rep was very surprised) but in
case your attorneys need this, here it is. Many happy returns! sz
