NLRB transcripts

Does anyone know of a way to get a transcript from a NLRB decision? I
need the transcript from trial - I already have the decision.

I have tried calling the local office where the case was - but they put
me on hold and then hang up. (kind of makes me feel ignored!)

Any ideas?
