We are trying to find an additional copy of an Annual Technical Report sponsored by the Air Force Office of Technical Reserach. Information is:

DTIC and NTIS do not have it - they only have the Annual Report on the same topic, that was produced in 1990. I have spoken with the Air Force Office of Scientific Research - one individual says that they do not have this report but wants to confirm that with another person -
The funny thing is that we know it exists - we received a copy from the author himself! We are surprised that no one else has this report - any insight would be greatly appreciate, thanks!
