I meant to reply privately to Nancy Strohmeyer's job posting for the
reference position at Barry. Nancy and I are friends and I was just making
a smart-alecky remark to rile her up.
Some of my best friends have JDs and some of the best reference librarians
I know have JDs. Some of the worst reference librarians I've know have
JDs. No general judgment was intended.
