I don't know if any of you have noticed this problem already but if you purchased Bernan's County and City Extra 2004 you might want to check pages 1015-1046. Our copy did not include these pages; instead, pages 1047-1078 were in there twice. We didn't notice it until a student tried to look up something that happened to fall in that range and reported the problem. Bernan wouldn't replace the book but we finally got them to fax us the missing pages.
