I was asked to get sec.18.2-67.4 from the Virginia Code as it appeared
in 1996. The law school here has the 1988 Code with the 1995 supplement
on microfiche. It either does not have the 1996 supplement or I
couldn't find it. Could someone verify that this is the version that
was in effect in 1996? Many thanks.
