I checked the index of my book for "weather" and came up with 2
sites--one free and one pay.
First, the free one (follow these instructions--it's not very intuitive
on the site)
wunderground.com--enter the zip code at the top search box and you will
get the current weather and also notice the box on the left (scroll
down) marked "almanac and history." Enter the historical date there.
Second, the pay one:
