My Lexis rep told me that the Lexis partnership with Factiva would only be available for Law firm contracts and that Factiva would not let corporate law libraries have access to the Factiva databases and that corporate law libraries would have to negotiate our own contract with Factiva. I was wondering if anyone else has gotten the same message and if you had had any negotiations with Factiva.
