I am looking for a sample form for preliminary injunction for false advertising, in federal forms. I've searched what I have available, and also some forms on Westlaw, but not coming up with much but a Texas State court form.....which of course will probably not be accepted by the attorney. Please let me know if anyone has this or can lead me to a source.
