We are in search of the following:
OAC 5101:3-1-60, App. DD
We are having trouble finding the text to Appendix DD for this Ohio
Administrative Code section (even though there are multiple references
to it in that section). Westlaw has a link to it, but when you open up
App. DD, there is no actual text...it just says "End of Document". I
was wondering if any Ohio librarians out there have access to this
Appendix DD in print or via another online source? If so and it's not
too long, it would be great if we could arrange to have it emailed or
faxed (we would gladly reimburse).
