This program looks awfully one-sided, sort of a "how to outsource well"
primer. Some balance in the form of a critic of outsourcing would be
refreshing. Outsourcing does represent somewhat of a threat to the job
security and welfare of many in the association. I note from the choices
below that you haven't included anyone speaking for the interests of
information workers who might actually be harmed by outsourcing. That's
unfortunate.
