One of our judges was told that an article appeared in Vol. 33 of the Arkansas Law Review dealing with the admissibility of evidence in Family Court.
Volume 33 predates what is available on Westlaw and unfortunately we don't
subscribe to any other database that might help. I have looked through
some relevant subject headings in the ILP but haven't come up with
anything.
Would someone who has this volume be willing to scan the Table of Contents
for Volume 33 to see if any of the articles dealt with this subject
matter?
