I need a copy of section 10.75 from the OLD manual, not the 2002 edition. If
you can fax it to me I would appreciate it.

Also I am trying to find a DLSE internal memo "PWEA6\77" which MIGHT be
reproduced in the old manual. Any help would be wonderful!
