        Good afternoon,
everyone. I am looking for a treatise that deals with "publicity" issues
in connection with U.S. securities laws. This is generally a chapter within
a good securities law treatise, but I am wondering if there is a good book
just on this topic. "Publicity" issues are questions on how and whether an
offering of securities can be publicized consistent with the U.S. securities
laws. For example, "gun jumping" is a securities law violation where you
publicize the offering before you are suppose to.
