The link checker I use is to keep my Law Scout
http://lawscout.uakron.edu/ web page up to date is InfoMinder,
http://www.infominder.com/webminder/index.jsp It does have an annual
cost based on the number of links you need checked. $25 per year for
100 links, $50 per year for 250 links, ...
