I've pieced together an impossible request for an article in the
October 4th issue of something called FDR regarding a decision by a Judge
Forsling in a case cryptically referred to as the "Mariner complaint."
Based on some other clues in the e-mail that generated this request, I
believe the judge is Susan B. Forsling of Atlanta and that FDR may well
refer to the "Fulton Daily Reporter." If any Georgia colleagues have
access to the FDR dated or released on Monday, October 4, and it contains an
article on a decision by Judge Forsling, I will look like an absolute
genius.
Fax number is 508-929-3140. Telephone is 508-926-3331 or,
