I need to find an article that was published in the Securities and Federal Corporate Law Reports (West). Unfortunately, I don't have a cite- the only information the attorney has is- "it is about the independent requirements for committee members and it compares the NYSE, NASDAQ and Sarbanes-Oxley rules." She thinks it came out within the last 3 or 4 months. I'm not familiar with this publication so I don't know if it is a weekly or monthly publication. If this article rings a bell and you can fax or email a copy to me, please let me know. We will pay the associated costs.
