Have searched Lexis, Westlaw, news articles and international materials
and am coming up with nothing.
Hearings began in the Court of First Instance in Luxembourg yesterday
September 30, and are on going today October 1. My attorney is looking
for a comprehensive summary of yesterday's oral argument before the
court.
If anyone has, or knows where to find a summary of the oral argument
from yesterday Sept. 30, I would be very grateful. The news articles
that do discuss the oral argument have only picked up fragments of the
argument. Thanks for any help!
