Hello -
I have a copy of an adopted rule from Lexis-Nexis and need to find a way to cite it.

I have 1987 N.Y. Tax LEXIS 35 Adopted Regulation State of New York-State Tax Commission, December 16, 1987.
Can anyone provide the NY State Register Cite for this?
