California Whistleblower Question

I have looked everywhere! and I need some help.

The attorney said he saw somewhere....that there is a new provision in
California law that says if any adverse employment action is taken
against an employee within 60 days of that employee reporting the
employer (i.e. whistleblower) then the action will be assumed to be
retaliatory.

I have searched lexis, westlaw, the California legislative portal, and
the BNA Labor library - and I can't find anything. I think the attorney
say it from an updating service like BNA or CCH.

Any information would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thank you!

Cynthia
