Yesterday, I received a call from a patron looking for a transcript of a
speech given by Clarence Thomas at the Tulsa County Bar Assocation in
1986. I've talked with the bar association, and they never had any
transcripts made, nor do they have a recording of the speech. I have
checked the major Oklahoma law journals and other legal publications and
haven't even found a reference to such a speech. I expanded my search
to LegalTrac and still found nothing. Any suggestions as to where I
might look for this elusive speech?
