Dear Law-Lib:
Like other customers, we are charged a separate cost for CDs that
accompany print supplements for Thomson-West products. Recently, we
tried to cancel the CD updates for one of the subscriptions, but were
told by Thomson-West that we could not cancel just the CD updates. We
had to either cancel the entire subscription for the product or continue
receiving both the print and CD updates. Has anyone else heard of this
policy at Thomson-West? Thank you.
