Re: Best resources for searching advertisements

One resource that came and went, but perhaps is archived somewhere, was
the Dialog database AdTrak, I do not know if the spelling is correct or
the Dialog file number, however. The file began and ended in the 1980s.
AdTrak was an index to advertisements in popular magazines. The database
was withdrawn several years after it was first placed on the Dialog
server.

Does anyone have any suggestions for resources or databases designed
specifically for searching ads? We are looking for regional, national and
global market information as well as historical ads (pre-1995). Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
